Dear customers,

We inform you that, starting January 7th 2011, the penalty for the premature cancellation of the contract, in case of contracts with special benefits in comparison with the standard offer, according to Art. 10.2 from the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract and also to Art. “Penalties” from “Annex A – Services, Promotions,Tariffs and Discounts” was modified as follows:

  • Penalty valid until January 7th 2011 = 50% of total value of monthly subscriptions remained to be paid until the expiration of the minimum contractual interval
  • Penalty valid starting January 7th 2011 = Δ% of total value of monthly subscriptions remained to be paid until the expiration of the minimum contractual interval, where Δ is detalied below, according to the month when the contract ends
